• Measuring: Laser distance meter, angle gauge
• Sealing: PTFE tape (premium thickness recommended), waterproof silicone

(3) Preparation Steps

1. Check completeness against packing list
2. Shut off water supply and drain pipes
3. Mark centerline at 110-120cm height using laser level
4. Acclimate product to installation environment 48 hours prior

(4) Standard Installation

1. Embedding phase:
   • Drill holes using template (tolerance≤1mm)
   • Secure mounting box with expansion bolts
   • Connect pipes (apply 15+ PTFE tape loops)
2. Main unit installation:
   • Install mixer valve following flow direction marks
   • Tighten fixing screws after leveling
   • Attach temperature knob (leave 2-3mm clearance)
3. Sealing phase:
   • Fill with lightweight cement after testing (keep access port)
   • Install cover plate after 24-hour curing

(5) Testing Protocol

1. Pressure test:
   • Gradually pressurize to 0.6MPa for 30 minutes
   • Inspect all joints (especially valve base)
2. Functional test:
   • Smooth hot-cold switching
