Export situation of sanitary ceramics
From January to November 2022, the cumulative export of sanitary ceramics was 97.3696 million pieces, a year-on-year decrease of 1.80%; the export value was 8.586 billion US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 2.51%; the average export unit price was 88.17 US dollars per piece, a year-on-year decrease of 0.73%.
In the first 11 months, the top ten export destinations of my country's sanitary ceramics were the United States, South Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam, Nigeria, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, and Malaysia. Compared with the ranking in the same period last year, the United States and South Korea still occupy the top two positions, and the proportion of products exported to the Philippines, Vietnam, and Australia has increased. Spain, which originally ranked eighth, has dropped out of the top ten.
Sanitary ceramics exported to ten countries accounted for 62.70% of my country's total exports, basically the same as the same period last year. The proportion of products flowing to the United States, the largest export market, increased by 2 percentage points compared with the same period last year, and nearly 30% of exported sanitary ceramics flowed to the United States.
From the perspective of export unit price, the unit price of products flowing to Vietnam, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia and other countries exceeds US$100 per piece.
From January to November 2022, my country's export of sanitary ceramics mainly comes from Guangdong, Hebei, Fujian, Shandong, and Zhejiang. The five provinces produced a total of 76.68% of export products. The highest export unit price is produced in Shandong, as high as 136.94 US dollars per piece, and the lowest is exported from Hebei, with an average unit price of 27.93 US dollars per piece.
In November 2022, my country exported 8.6094 million pieces of sanitary ceramics, a year-on-year decrease of 22.37%; the export value was US$829 million, a year-on-year decrease of 20.52%; the export unit price was US$96.29/piece, a year-on-year increase of 2.39%.
